1. Service description

meguest.in provides event photo and video hosting with automated face-matching for wedding and event organizers and their guests. Face data is processed using on-device AI models and is used solely to match faces within your subscribed event. meguest.in is operated by an independent platform. By creating an account or accessing an event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Content storage and expiry

All uploaded content — including photos, videos, and associated face data — is retained for a fixed period following the event date, depending on the tier purchased:

All uploaded content including photos, videos, and face data is permanently deleted after the storage period. No recovery is possible after deletion. You may extend your storage period at any time from your organizer dashboard before expiry.

3. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay under Razorpay's own terms and policies. Once pipeline processing has started for your event, no refunds are available. If processing fails due to a platform error, contact within 7 days of the failure and we will evaluate a credit or re-run at no additional charge.

4. Face data

Face embeddings are mathematical vector representations derived from face images. They are used only to match faces within your subscribed event and to allow guests to find themselves in event photos. Face embeddings are never shared with third parties, never used for advertising, and are permanently deleted together with all other event data when your storage period expires.

5. User-generated content

Comments, captions, and other content submitted by users are the sole responsibility of the person who posted them. meguest.in does not pre-moderate user-generated content and is not liable for any such content. Organizers may remove content from their own events. To report content that violates these terms, email .

6. Limitation of liability

meguest.in is not liable for any loss of data, missed face matches, incorrect face matches, service interruptions, or any consequential, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the organizer for the affected event tier in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
